Lightweight, portable, functional, and fun, the DinghyGo Orca is available in 3 sizes. All have generous load capacity from 4 inflation chambers, including a high-pressure drop-stitch floor. It’s perfect as a yacht tender or just for fun on the water under sail, motor, or paddle. It’s transported or stored in 2 bags weighing under 110 lbs and assembles in 20 minutes or less.

Minimalist Design

DinghyGo took a minimalistic approach, a hallmark of northern European design, and applied it to the engineering of the Orca.

  • No unnecessary fittings or shackles when simpler solution works just as well or better

  • Strong yet soft Dyneema rigging instead of steel stays

Resulting in a portable sailboat that’s very simple to rig/derig and maintain.

About the Manufacturer

 

Design and development of the original “Dinky 0.9” prototype started in 2007 by the Aquacrafts team in the Netherlands. But it wasn’t until 2013 that the first DinghyGo was introduced to the world at the Amsterdam Boat Show HISWA. Launch in UK and Germany followed soon thereafter in 2014 featuring the DinghyGo 2. The Nomad 3 in 2016, with the latest Orca 325 and compact Nomad S in 2018, and most recently the Orca 280 and Orca 375 in 2020 at Boot Düsseldorf.

Sailing Awaits is excited to present and support the DinghyGo Orca in the USA. in 2023, their 10th year anniversary.

  • Valmex® manufactured by Mehler Texnologies in Germany. This PVC fabric is regarded as one of the best for boats in the world for over 60 years and it has been extensively tested in the harshest conditions around the globe.

    In addition, the seams are thermo-bonded/thermo-welded, which is 4 times stronger than adhesive-based seams. Welded seams is a mechanical bond as opposed to a chemical bond, and actually stronger than the fabric itself.
