• IP67 waterproof: protected against water intrusion at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes

• Integrated GPS receiver that calculates estimated range factoring your power consumption with actual SOG. Having the ability to accurately predict how far you can go when fighting currents ensures that you don’t become stranded. Torqeedo is the only electric outboard manufacturer to offer this premium feature. Costs a bit more, but brings peace of mind without the guesswork.

Important: Electric outboards are low-maintenance, not zero-maintenance. Be sure to replace the galvanic (sacrificial) anode to prevent galvanic corrosion in salt water when it wears away. And have an authorized Torqeedo service center replace the rubber seals that protect the motor and power electronics from water intrusion every 3-5 years.
